3rd Kanata Parent/Guardian Information Release Form

It is the sole responsibility of parents to ensure transportation of their own youth to all meetings, special outings and events. Under very strict Group Committee regulations, leaders are not authorized to transport or arrange for transportation of youth in their section. The exception being formal events where adequate insurance coverage via an external carrier (i.e. bus, train) has been secured and proper parental consent obtained.

To aid parents/guardians in arranging transportation for their child(ren) to regular meetings or special events and activities, the 3rd Kanata Scout Group is willing to provide a list of youth and their contact information to all parents if authorized to do so.
