Volunteer Positions:
This year we will be asking that every family consider taking on a
volunteer assignment. See our job descriptions for more
information.
There are many positions both at the group committee level and the
section level that have to be filled for the sections to be able to
operate effectively and safely.
Any parent who takes on a leadership role or a position on the Group
Committee automatically earns 15 Volunteer Bond Points.
Please read our Letter To Parents for more information about our Group and registration fees.
On-line (internet) Registration:
I encourage you to register on-line, print your registration form, sign
it and bring it to Pre-Registration night.
As a current Registered Member you can update your personal information
and register online using the MMS by entering your username and password
into the Members section of the Scouts
Canada homepage or go directly to the login page at https://tictac.scouts.ca/ecustomer/.
Your MMS username and password is contained within your mailing address
on your 2003 Scouts Canada Catalogue. If you forgot your password,
please contact your Registrar: wayne.fontaine@sympatico.ca
to reset it.

| May 5: | Renewal functionality will be turned on in the System to allow existing members to renew for 2003-2004 session on-line. Included in this will be the ability to print the Renewal Confirmation Form in the same format as the Application for Membership forms. Members will see the Renew Now button on their System home pages. |
| July 31: | On-line registration for new members will be turned on in the System. |
| August 31: | Registration closes for the current 2002-2003 session. |
| September 1: | System is rolled over to the next 2003-2004 registration year. |
If you miss our pre registration nights, you can still pre register online as mentioned above. If a Section gets full on line, you will be placed in queue on a waiting list. We will collect your full payment at Spring registration in September.
