3^rd Kanata Registration

3^rd Kanata registration for 2004-2005 session will take place on:

Wednesday Sep 8, 2004
6:30 p.m. to 8:00 p.m.

at the following location:

Bridlewood Community Church of the Nazarene
2 Stonehaven Drive

Fees:  Make cheques payable to "3^rd Kanata Scouts"

• $135 Registration fee per child
• $75 Volunteer Bond per family (post dated to June 1, 2005)

Registration Process:  Leaders and Group Committee members will be available to answer your questions.  Feel free to ask leaders about any of our volunteer assignments also.

1. Fill out a blank registration form for each child and sign it.
   (you can also print this on-line form, fill it out and bring it with you)
2. Fill out two copies of the Volunteer Bond form (one copy is your receipt).
3. Consider taking on a volunteer assignment.
4. Submit your cheque(s) and form(s) to the registration table and indicate which volunteer assignment you are interested in.

Volunteer Positions:
Parents, please consider taking on a volunteer assignment.
There are many positions both at the group committee level and the section level that have to be filled for the sections to be able to operate effectively and safely.
Any parent who takes on a leadership role or a position on the Group Committee automatically earns 15 Volunteer Bond Points and will not pay the $75 volunteer bond fee.
