Apple Day is Here!!!!

Apple Day is our way of saying thanks to our community.  This year's Apple Day is being held on Wednesday October 11, 2006.  This fund raising event is important to our group and to the Region as a whole.

This year we meet at Roch Carrier School (401 Stonehaven Drive) with baskets or pails in hand.  Over a few hellos we polish our apples, pick up maps of areas we will canvass, and of course apples, then we set off to our designated area.

What you Need
  1. A Parent
Parents will be required to act as drivers and escorts for the youth.
  2. A Basket and a Clean Cloth or Rag
You'll need something to carry your apples in and something to polish them to a shine.
  3. Apples and Destinations
We provide the apples, the donation cans and the street maps.  Should you wish to do more than one street just pick up extra maps!
Once You're Done
  1. When you are done your streets, drive back to the meeting place and turn in your map(s), can(s), leftover apples and donations.
  2. Enjoy some hot chocolate and snacks.
  3. Know that you have done something good to help other youth through Scouts Canada.
