All parents must complete a parental consent form prior to their children participating in this event.  This form can be found on-line at http://3rd.kanatacubs.com/forms/consentKHP.html, or ask your contact leader for a hard copy.

The route has changed from previous years due to the construction.  The parade will go from Winchester to Castlefrank then turn left onto Abbeyhill and end at the Hazeldean mall.

We ask that all parents and their children sign-in with Lesley Lehman no later than 9:45 AM at Sobey's parking lot. Parents/leaders should then accompany their children to the corner of Winchester and Terry Fox where the floats will be placed.

We would like to remind you that non-perishable food will be collected at both Sobey's and at the float.  The food will be donated to the Kanata Food Cupboard at the end of the parade festivities.  Your contribution would be greatly appreciated.

If you are a leader or parent offering to help decorate the float we would ask you to meet us on Winchester Drive at 9:00 AM.  We will be decorating the float with trees, flags, paper decorations and lots of Beavers.  If any beaver, cub, or scout has a Santa hat, reindeer antlers etc. we ask you to wear this to add to the spirit of the parade.

At the conclusion of the parade we ask all parents to collect their children at the LCBO parking area at the south-east corner of the mall.
