3rd KANATA SCOUT GROUP YARD WASTE BAG SALE

Here is the proposed Duty Schedule for the Sections for the Spring Yard Waste Bag Fundraiser Event that will be held at the Hazeldean Mall on Friday/Saturday October 4th and 5th.  Each Section will have a two (2) hour block of time. Sections may man the booth however they wish during their two hour tour of duty, but a minimum of four youth and two adults must be present at all times.

Please remember, that the booth can not be left unmanned at any time if some one is late in arriving at the booth to replace those already present, some people will need to remain.  The cash box must not be left unattended at any time.

Youth members will be dressed in their appropriate Section uniform (all items of dress, please).  Any Leaders who are in attendance are also to be in full uniform.

A cash box will be provided by the Group Treasurer with a cash float of $50.00 on Friday evening at 6:00 p.m. and again on Saturday morning at 9:00 a.m.  The cash box will be collected from the booth on Friday and Saturday at close of business.

The Yard Waste Bags will sell at a price of 5 bags for $4.00 or $1.00 a bag.

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Set Up: Group Committee with assistance from Sections as required

6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m. - B Colony/B Pack

8:00 p.m. - 9:00 p.m. - Scout Troop

Schedule for Saturday, October 5, 2002:

9:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. - A Colony

11:00 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. - C Pack

1:00 p.m. - 3:00 p.m. - C Colony

3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. - A Pack

5:00 p.m. - 6:00 p.m. - Tear Down: Group Committee with assistance from Sections as required
